Mattely in Love

March 7, 2016

I have a thing for matte lipsticks ever since I bought my first Lip Maestro by Giorgio Armani Beauty in April last year. I very much already am a person who loves everything in matte, from hair color to makeup. They automatically give prominence to my complexion. Since my lips are wrinkled, I have to concern also the moisture of each lipstick that I use. It is an advantage if it offers hours of hydration after application because you really don't want to bother replenishing it all the time. Normally when I apply lipsticks that already moisturize the lips, I skip the balm in order to avoid the greasy lips. Thus with Lip Maestro, I have to first apply a thin layer of lip balm because of the wrinkle situation.

The lips appear plumped immediately and a radiant finish act as a wrap. The velvet texture of it does magic like no other. It comes in numerous shades. Don't be shy to go to the counter to try it on and pick the best shade that suits your personality to give that higlight to your overall makeup and look.

#202

is a very natural nude. A little tips is try to apply more cheek color in order to look less pale.

#501

was bought for Fall/Winter, however it looks amazing with Spring outfits.

#500

is versatile. That peachy-pink on those lips makes your skin glow.
